Access to and use of this website and the products available are subject to the following terms and conditions. Placing an order with us means that you accept the following terms and conditions, If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then please do not place an order.
Terms of sale
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our site.
1.2 Payment for all products must be made by PayPal, credit or debit card. You must be the authorised owner of the paypal account or credit or debit card used to place your order. if you are not, you must have permission from the owner of the paypal account or debit/credit card. If we have found the payment method you have used is stolen or fraudulent, your order will be rejected and you will be reported to the authorities. When paying by card, your billing address and post code must match the one that your card is registered to or this will be rejected.
1.3 We have a strict payment system in place. All fraudulent or suspicious payments will flare up straight away. If your payment has flared up as fraudulent, you will be contacted by us and your order will be delayed. You will need to confirm a few security details, if we do not hear from you or you are unable to confirm these details, you order will be rejected.
1.4 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
1.5 Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have already been placed.
1.6 Delivery costs are shown on our Shipping page.
1.7 When placing an order, you must give us your full & correct delivery address (the house name/ number, street name, town, county, post code and country) if we find your address is incomplete, we will contact you to confirm your address, which results in your parcel being delayed, once we receive your full address we will send your item. If you have given us the wrong address and the Courier or Royal mail are unable to deliver or your parcel becomes lost, Please refer to section 2.6
1.8 All Orders are shipped the next working day, There may be delays beyond our control, such as closures or Royal mail/ courier delays. You will be informed of this as soon as possible.
1.9 We have two delivery options- Standard Delivery which is 3-5 working days or Express delivery which is 2 working days.
2.0 All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. Deliveries can only be made on working days ( not including bank holidays) & require a signature upon delivery.
2.1 UK Customers; If you are ordering a 'Pre Order Only' Item this can take up to 10-15 days working days to arrive. Sometimes this will arrive before the 10-15 working days, if not then it will not take longer then 15 working days, please note working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Overseas Customers; Please note 'Pre Order' Items takes 10-15 days to arrive to us and then will be shipped to your country so please add the 10-15 days to your shipping time. For Example, Delivery to France takes 5-7 days plus the Pre order 10-15 days so a Total of 15-22 days to arrive.
2.2 If you have ordered an item in stock & a pre order item, these will be shipped together when the pre order item has arrived. if you would like the in stock item to be sent before the pre order item arrives, please message us.
2.3 For International customers, your postage cost and delivery estimate will be worked out at the Checkout. The delivery times which are shown on the checkout page are advised to us by Royal Mail or the Courier. Usually all orders are delivered within the stated time frames, however we cannot 100% guarantee this due to postal / custom delays beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for. For all delivery enquiries, please contact the courier/ postal service directly quoting your tracking number. If you have paid for standard shipping & your item hasn't arrived by the 25th working day then this will be declared as lost and we can open up a claim with the courier to refund you.- we are not able to refund you until the 25th working day incase this arrives before then. The Buyer bears all responsibility for all extra charges such as Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges (if any).
2.4 If you have chosen International priority shipping, we need your full address, email address and contact number. We are unable to send your parcel without these details which will cause a delay.
2.5 All orders require a signature upon delivery, if you are not home to sign for your parcel, Royal mail or The Courier will leave you a card to let you know they have tried to deliver, its your responsibility to collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery within 14 calendar days, if you do not collect your parcel within 14 days, you will no longer be eligible for a return as it has passed our 14 day return period. Royal mail or the Courier will keep your parcel for 18 calendar days, if you do not collect your parcel within this time, they will send this back to us. Please see point 2.6
2.6 If your parcel has been sent back to us, because you did not re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel in time, you will have to contact our team about paying for it to be sent out to you again. You will no longer be eligible for a refund as it has passed our 14 day return period as shown in point 3.1 as delivery has already been attempted.
2.7 If you haven't received your parcel from us, please use the tracking details in your shipping email to track this. For all delivery queries please contact Royal mail or the courier directly quoting your tracking number. if you have not received your tracking number from us or it is not working, please contact us.
If your parcel has been lost by the Courier or Royal mail, we will try our best to resolve this, we have to wait 10 working days before we can open an investigation and allow time for this to be delivered. Once we open an investigation, this is normally solved within 14 working days, Please be patient with us.
2.8 If the delivery address you have put down is a public place such as your workplace, we are only responsible for this being delivered to the address, we will not be responsible for what happens to your parcel after it has been delivered, we will not be held accountable if this is lost within your workplace.
2.9 We are unable to cancel any orders. Please return the products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
3.0 If you make a mistake with your order, such as input the wrong delivery address or order the wrong size, please email us within one hour of placing your order. If your order has already been processed we are unable to correct it.
3.1 Items must be returned within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you- Whichever is first. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer. For Example, if delivery was attempted on the 1st, but you weren't home and then collected your item from the post office/ depot on the 10th, the return period would start from the 1st as this was the date when delivery was first attempted.
3.2 Any items purchased in the sale are considered final sale and will not be accepted for a return.
3.3 All Custom orders are non refundable as these are handmade to you.
3.4 Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept any items which we believe have been worn, washed or have marks on. We advise you to please be careful when trying on items, as any items marked with Make up, Perfume, Smoke or Fake tan will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If we have found you have worn an item and sent it back to us, this is taken very seriously, we will send you back your item and you will be banned from using our website.
3.5 All Swimwear is non returnable for hygiene reasons.
3.6 All refunds will be processed within 14 working days from when we receive your item back. Depending on your payment provider, please allow up to 5-7 working days for this to show in your Bank account/ PayPal account.
3.7 Postage costs are non refundable, this will be deducted from your refund
3.8 If we haven't received your return back, please provide us with the tracking number so we can look into this for you.. If you didn't send your order back through a traceable service and this gets lost, this is not our responsibility, As stated in our Return policy 'We advise you to send your parcel back through a traceable service as we are not responsible for lost items' If we still haven't received your return back after 14 working days, we would advise you to open up an investigation with Royal mail to find out where your parcel is. If this is declared as lost, you will need to open a 'lost parcel' claim with Royal mail.
3.9 If you have received a faulty or wrong item, Please email us with your order number & pictures of the faulty or wrong item at email@example.com straight away (this must be within 2 days of receiving it ) This item must be unworn and sent back within 14 days. Once we have received this item back, we will investigate and if found faulty, offer you a full refund.
4.0 For Faulty or Wrong items - if this is found faulty or the wrong item was received, we will refund the cost of you sending it back to us. We ask you to send it back via Royal Mail 'Second class signed for' The limit we can reimburse you for your postage cost is £3.95. Please send us a copy of your receipt and we will refund you the cost.
4.1 We reserve the right to not accept any items which we believe have been worn, washed or have marks on. We advise you to please be careful when trying on items, as any items marked with Make up, Perfume, Smoke or Fake tan will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. However at our discretion only, if this has not been worn and the smell is only from trying on and if the smell can be removed at the dry cleaners, We may accept your return and a fee of £10 from the dry cleaners will be deducted from your refund.
4.2 We are currently not offering exchanges. Please place a new order and send back your old order for a refund.
4.3 Discount codes may only be used from the account it was offered to. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount Codes cannot be used on Sale Items.
4.4 Any breach of the above clauses may result in your order being rejected
4.5 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire site due to site maintenance. This should not take longer then half an hour.
4.6. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the products and services we provide on this website without notice.
4.7 Unless otherwise stated, we are the owner of all intellectual property rights on the site and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
4.8 Unless you have our permission ( which must be in writing) you are forbidden to use any of the photos published on our website or any of our social media accounts
