Most parcels are sent by Royal Mail, only your name and address is put on the front of the parcel so they are able to deliver your parcel. Occasionally we may use Couriers such as my Hermes or ups, this is mainly for international priority shipping. Couriers require an email address and phone number so they can contact you to let you know your expected delivery date and if there any problems with your parcel, if you do not wish for your email and contact number to be disclosed, please contact us.
